  • For Personal Data collected during all other requests made via the contact form on the https://www.tao-agency.com website, represented by David Rosay.

TAO.AGENCY takes the appropriate measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the personal information it holds or processes in compliance with the provisions of the LIL and the RGPD.

DATA COLLECTION & ORIGIN

All data concerning Users is collected directly from them. TAO.AGENCY undertakes to obtain the consent of its Users and/or to allow them to oppose the use of their data for certain purposes, as soon as this is necessary. In all cases, Users are informed of the purposes for which their data is collected via the Cookie Management Charter.

PURPOSE OF THE DATA COLLECTED

When requesting an appointment online with TAO.AGENCY, the User communicates certain Personal Data. If the User does not wish to communicate the information requested, the User may not be able to access certain parts of the Site and TAO.AGENCY may not be able to respond to his/her request.
